All of the wineries at the 2009 Taste of Sonoma Wine Country Weekend were given four bottles of santásti to help the thousands of tasters taste through a flood of fine wine and tasty food. This video shows the response of those tasters and wine professionals to santasti and how it helped them enjoy more flavors from more foods.
