Stress Reeks Havoc

Even slight exposure may exacerbate or possibly these physical disorders: heart disease, stroke, susceptibility to infections that cause gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, muscle and joint pain, headacheand migraine
In addition to these psychological conditions: memory and concentration problems, sleep disorders and depression

And, yes, some days I feel like I suffer from all those! That is when my body tries to tell me, "Nicole - You're so out of balance!"

So, if you just do not feel as good as you should then check your stress and to really visualize what to do, that stress for your health.

Spending Time on Yourself is not selfish. WorkingEven illness is.

I know, I know. You have heard it 100 times before and you hear it another 100 times. You know why? For it is true. You need to have a balance in their lives. And believe me, I am fighting every day to this, so I know it's hard to balance when you are driven to find success, a WAHM. But even if you "do not seem insurmountable to the list, you still need to maintain your health (to take over both physically and emotionally).

But you know what? You can do it. Start with theChoose a hobby. Scrapbooking, guitar, belly dancing, reading, pampered, woodworking, gardening, poker. Just find something outside of your work that makes you happy.

Yadda yadda. I hear you brush me away. Hang on a second reading and keep ....

Think about the example you set for your children. If you have little interests outside of being a WAHM, and feeling stressed and unhappy, your children will follow in your footsteps.

Strive to treat themselves asThey had hoped their children would be treated yourself. They bring them grow every day how to be happy adults, but the words mean nothing if the example is not there. Try to have a night with your sweetie or with some friends every few weeks. They deserve a happy mom.

Meds: The Good, The Bad And The Ugly

Physician-prescribed medications and drugs to self-medication are two methods for coping with stress.

Neither option is good or bad. Like everything in life- Take in moderation. If you have a glass of wine after a long hard day, then enjoy the guilt free. (Applause!)

If your doctor prescribes a drug that you need to get through a difficult time, then by all means you, what is best for you.

Or, if you enjoy herbs, teas and aromatherapy to relax, then go for it!

However, it is one of the common effects of stress on, or self-medicating. So, if you are to a large extentprescribed to alcohol or drugs (either physician or self-imposed) or start taking illegal drugs, then talk with your doctor as soon as possible. You deserve your life - do not miss to enjoy it.

Sometimes we have to Sneaky

Sometimes the best thing for your business is you're getting away from her for a bit. Seriously, I did my best inspiration when I am on my computer - what a little scary, because my business is online.

Give yourself 15 minutesthemselves - even if you tell your husband you are with "Bad Questions" to get uninterrupted time to. (shhhh. .. I have done so.) I wonder how my husband would be surprised to find me sitting on the floor of the bathroom wrapped in a blanket, reading a book? I know it's too much information, but I'm trying to show how important it is to have time for themselves. I am not encouraging deceit in marriage, but if you feel stretch your time in the bathroom, not to blame meenjoy the freedom.

Thus, efforts are now starting to steal moments of happiness. Life is not a dress rehearsal, enjoy every second that you can!
