Slim Fast Diet Plan - Loss of 1-1.5 kg Each Day

Slim Fast diet plan will help you to a loss from 1 to 1.5 kg for each day. You can use diet plan for about a week, after which you must have at least a week's break. According to Slim Fast diet plan, you will not feel a sense of hunger, because it contains saturated products.
You have 4 different options for each meal, you must choose only one.

Basic rules for Slim Fast diet plan:

Drink as much mineral water (sparkling), as you can, but a fat-free milk to your tea orCoffee should not exceed 250 ml

Before each meal try to eat a big portion of salad - prepare it from celery, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, apple slices, peppers, beans, tomatoes and corn kernels with a spoon of yoghurt, lemon juice, vinegar and spices.

Remember to not only choose one option for Slim Fast diet plan.

Breakfast:
1st a slice of black bread with margarine, a banana, an apple, grapes;
2nd a boiled egg, a slice of black bread, a glassPlain yogurt;
3rd two slices of black bread, a small banana, a teaspoon of honey;
4th Two dry wheat cakes, a glass of milk or unsweetened orange juice, apple one.

Lunch:
200 g boiled potatoes and eat it with one of the following additions:

1st a small part of the coal;
2nd 100 grams of cottage cheese;
3rd 50 g of ham or chicken without skin;
4th Two tablespoons of cooked beans.

Dinner:
100 g pasta with one of the following entries:

1st 100 gShrimp with tomatoes and garlic;
2nd 50 g cooked skinless chicken in mushroom sauce with lemon juice;
3rd 50 g ham with tomatoes and garlic.
4th 200 g of a fish steamed or grilled (without sauce), 125 g boiled potatoes and a large portion of green salad.

Desserts:
a banana or two small apples.

Snacks during the day:

1st a large glass of dry wine and a little cracker;
2nd a small banana and pear;
3rd two slices of brown breadwith salad;
4th a small bar "Mars" or "sinkers".
